ORDER

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel ("ODC") has filed three sets of formal charges alleging serious professional misconduct by respondent, including conversion of client and third-party funds and facilitation of the unauthorized practice of law by a suspended attorney. Respondent now seeks to permanently resign from the practice of law in lieu of discipline. The ODC has concurred in respondent's petition.
