On March 12, 2007, defendant was charged with three counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, violations of La. R.S. 14:68.4. The defendant entered pleas of not guilty on April 2, 2007. Following a May 25, 2007 preliminary hearing, the district court found probable cause to hold defendant for trial and increased defendant's bond to $15,000.00.
