The plaintiff, Patricia Orgeron, appeals the trial court's judgment finding the defendants, Dr. Kelvin Contreary and his malpractice insurer, Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company, not liable for the death of plaintiff's sister. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
