SULLIVAN, Judge.

Defendant, Eric Blue, was charged with armed robbery by bill of information. After a jury trial, he was found guilty of the responsive verdict of first degree robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64.1. He filed a motion for post verdict judgment of acquittal or, in the alternative, a motion for new trial. The trial court denied the motions and sentenced Defendant to ten years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence...
