STEWART, J.

The defendant, Freddie Ray Lewis, was convicted of four counts of distribution of Schedule II, Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS), in violation of La. R.S. 40:967. He was sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment at hard labor on each count. The defendant now appeals. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the defendant's conviction and sentence.
