After a bench trial, Cameron Diggs was convicted of aggravated rape and armed robbery. The trial court imposed a sentence of life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence for aggravated rape, to be served concurrently with 30 years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence for armed robbery.
