In this medical malpractice claim, Laveda Cornwell, through her son, Donald Cornwell, appeals the summary judgments granted by the Fifth Judicial District Court, Parish of Richland, State of Louisiana, in favor of defendants, Dr. Gordon Massengale and his insurance provider, Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company ("Lammico"). For the following reasons, we affirm.
