This criminal appeal arises from the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court, Parish of Bossier, State of Louisiana. Defendant, Percy Smith, pled guilty to felony theft, a violation of La. R.S. 14:67, and was sentenced to 10 years at hard labor. Smith appeals his sentence, which, for the following reasons, we affirm.
