Defendants/Appellants, Sterling Doucette, Sr. and Doucette and Associated Contractors, Inc., (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Doucette"), appeal the trial court's judgment dismissing the reconventional demand against Plaintiff/Appellee, True Gospel of Jesus Christ Church Ministry ("True Gospel"), on the grounds of abandonment.
