J. Gale Chumley appeals a judgment by the Third Judicial District Court, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, partially in favor of the defendants/appellees, Today's Realty, Inc., Frank M. Cordaro and Kathie Cordaro, who, in turn, have answered the appeal. For the following reasons, we reverse in part and amend in part the trial court's judgment.
