Defendant, Robert Wagner Jr., pled guilty to three counts of distribution of CDS Schedule II, cocaine. Defendant was sentenced to ten years imprisonment, with hard labor on each count of distribution of cocaine; all but four years were suspended. Defendant's sentences were to run concurrently with another sentence imposed in a separate docket number. Defendant was also sentenced to five years of supervised probation, fined $1,000 and ordered...
