This is a Civil Service Commission case. Sergeant Sterling Williams seeks review of the decision of the Civil Service Commission for the City of New Orleans (the "Commission") dismissing his appeal and affirming the discipline imposed by the Superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department (the "NOPD"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
