Plaintiff, Yolanda Black, appeals a judgment of the trial court dismissing her lawsuit against defendants, Kimberly Comfort and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm"), with prejudice, due to plaintiff's failure to comply with the June 13, 2007 judgment ordering her to respond to discovery requests by July 13, 2007.
