The defendant, Abelardo Sera, Jr., entered a guilty plea to the charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, reserving his right under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), to object to the denial of his motion to suppress the evidence against him. He was sentenced to serve four years and eight months at hard labor.
