The plaintiff fell and sustained injuries when she stepped in a large crack in the concrete driveway leading to and from her apartment unit in the Oak Meadow Apartments. She sued the complex, alleging that it had a duty to provide a sidewalk or pathway for residents to walk from the complex or to reasonably maintain the driveway and shoulder.
