The defendant, Bonnie Ray Tillman, entered a Crosby plea of guilty to the charge of driving while under the influence, fourth offense, reserving his right to appeal the denial of his motion to quash the indictment for the State's failure to bring him to trial within two years from the institution of prosecution. He was sentenced to 30 years imprisonment at hard labor, with 60 days to be served without the benefit of probation, parole or suspension...
