Defendant-appellant, Master Builders and Contractors, L.L.C.1 (defendant), appeals a default judgment in favor of plaintiffs-appellees, Randy and Ann Kallauner, awarding the Kallauner's $48,200.00 and attorney's fees of $12,000.00, based on a finding that defendant breached a construction contract for the repair of plaintiffs' home.
