On July 28, 2006, Defendant, Felipe Moreno, was charged by bill of information with one count of possession of cocaine, in violation of La.R.S. 40:967(C). The Defendant pled guilty to the aforementioned offense on December 7, 2007. Thereafter, on December 17, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to two-and-one-half years at hard labor, to run consecutively to any other sentence to which he might be subject...
