The defendant, David Roy Jarrell a/k/a David Dyess, was charged by bill of information # 352176 with one count of second-offense possession of marijuana, a violation of La. R.S. 40:966(C), and by bill of information # 352175 with one count of possession of oxycodone, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967(C). He pled not guilty to both charges.
