The State of Louisiana appeals the trial court's rulings granting motions to quash Counts 18, 19, and 20 of the grand jury indictment of defendant, Robert "Bob" Odom, the former Commissioner of the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry, and sua sponte dismissing without prejudice the remaining counts in the indictment.
