McDONALD, J.

This is an election dispute challenging whether Travis Clark timely qualified to run for the office of Mayor, Town of Walker. Finding no error in the trial court's judgment, we affirm.

A person who desires to become a candidate in a primary election shall qualify as a candidate by timely filing notice of his candidacy, accompanied either by a nominating petition or by the qualifying fee and any additional fee imposed...
