The defendants-appellants, Nathaniel Fournette and Allen Robichaux, were charged with one count each of possession of at least twenty-eight but less than 200 grams of cocaine, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, and possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine.1 At their arraignment, they both pled not guilty to all charges.
