Lemoine, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company (St. Paul), and the Louisiana Patient's Compensation Fund (PCF), appeal the trial court's grant of a judgment notwithstanding the verdict awarding Sharon Boxie general and special damages for injuries she sustained as a result of a surgical procedure performed May 8, 2000.
