OPINION

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. (Ferguson) appeals from the opinion and order granting summary judgment in favor of Dreamland Hospitality, LLC (Dreamland) entered by the Jefferson Circuit Court on March 8, 2022. Following a careful review of the record, briefs, and law, we affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand.
