OPINION AND ORDER

The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) moves this Court to indefinitely suspend Kareem Shahir Hamdiyah1 from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 3.167(1) due to his failure to file an answer to Charges in three separate disciplinary matters.

After review, we find each motion to be well taken, and indefinitely suspend Hamdiyah...
