OPINION

Garell Mark Burgess and Tracy Brown appeal from the order of the Meade Circuit Court entered December 7, 2020, denying their motions to intervene and to restrain Clay-Rho Enterprises from executing a writ of possession. Having reviewed the briefs, record, and law, we affirm.
