The Jefferson Family Court found that L.G. emotionally abused her son, H.M. L.G. appealed, naming both the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (the Cabinet) and J.M., the father, as appellees. The Court of Appeals reversed. Both the Cabinet and J.M. appealed separately to this Court.
