OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Jason Paul Price's motion for a sanction of a two-year suspension from the practice of law in order to resolve a number of disciplinary cases. SCR1 3.480(2). Following a thorough review of the record, including the Kentucky Bar Association's response agreeing with the proposed sanction, we grant Price's motion.
