OPINION

Leonard Martin filed a post-conviction motion under Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure (CR) 60.02 and 60.03 asking to be released from incarceration due to fear of contracting COVID-19. The Floyd Circuit Court denied the motion. We affirm.
