OPINION

This case involves the reopening of a claim in a Workers' Compensation case. Maria Jimenez, the Appellant, appeals from an opinion of the Workers' Compensation Board that reversed an Administrative Law Judge's award on the ground that it was barred by res judicata. After our review, we reverse.
