OPINION

Thomas J. Tucker ("Thomas") appeals from the Wayne Circuit Court's order dismissing his complaint for determination of heirship following the death of John Kevin Tucker ("John"). Following our careful review of the record and applicable law, and being otherwise sufficiently advised, we affirm.
