OPINION

The Commonwealth appeals from the Todd Circuit Court's order granting Norman Graham's motion to set aside, correct, or amend judgment pursuant to CR1 60.02, entered October 5, 2017. After careful consideration, we affirm the circuit court's order granting a new trial.
