A circuit court jury found John Daniel Clark ("JD") guilty of murder and two counts of tampering with physical evidence. The jury recommended a sentence of 35 years' imprisonment, which the trial court adopted, entering judgment accordingly. JD now appeals the judgment as a matter of right,
