The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) has charged Dennis Michael Stutsman1 as a default case under SCR2 3.210. Based on its proceedings, the KBA Board of Governors found Stutsman guilty on three counts, and recommended that Stutsman be suspended from the practice of law for 181 days, and be required to pay costs in this action.
