OPINION

Robert Jones brings two appeals from a series of orders entered by the Rowan Circuit Court. The first appeal arises out of the trial court's entry of a joint custody order, which awarded joint custody of the biological child of Robert Jones to Robert and his sister, Suszanne Jones.1
