Supreme Court of Kentucky.

Modified: May 5, 2016.

Rehearing Denied May 5, 2016.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Counsel for Appellant: John Gerhart Landon , Assistant Public Advocate, Department of Public Advocacy.

Counsel for Appellee: Andy Beshear , Attorney General of Kentucky, Leilani K.M. Martin , Assistant Attorney General.

MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT

A circuit court jury convicted Marty Roe of murdering Martha Post, tampering with physical evidence, and harassing communications, a misdemeanor charge. Roe was sentenced to life imprisonment. On appeal to this Court as a matter of right,1 he raises a host of trial errors that allegedly rendered the judgment entered against him fundamentally unfair. We find no error at trial and affirm the judgment.
