OPINION AND ORDER

The Trial Commissioner recommends this Court sanction Respondent with a private reprimand and order additional ethics classes for her alleged violations of Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 3.130-3.5(b) (exparte communication) and SCR 3.130-5.5(a) (unauthorized practice of law).

Because neither party has filed a notice of appeal, this case comes to the Court pursuant to SCR 3.360(4).
