Marty Richard Mefford moves to withdraw his membership from the Kentucky Bar Association ("KBA") under terms of permanent disbarment pursuant to Supreme Court Rule ("SCR") 3.480(3). Mefford was suspended from the practice of law on September 8, 2014, pursuant to SCR 3.166, for his plea of guilty to two felony offenses.
