Osie Goodgame, Jr. (Goodgame), who worked for Consol of Kentucky, Inc. (Consol) in both Kentucky and Virginia, alleged that he suffered cumulative trauma injuries to his extremities and spine while employed by Consol. The ALJ dismissed Goodgame's claim finding that he had not filed it within the applicable statute of limitations.
