OPINION

ACREE, Chief Judge.

Kimberlyn Carpenter appeals, pro se, from the Jessamine Circuit Court's September 24, 2012 order granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee Jeffrey Riester. We are asked to determine whether the circuit court erred when it found that no genuine issues of material fact existed and that Riester was entitled to judgment as a matter of law. We affirm.
