Jeffery Hale was convicted by the Christian Circuit Court of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, as prohibited by Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 530.064(1) and sentenced to ten years in prison. Hale, who was forty-four years old at the time of the alleged offense, was charged with and found guilty of inducing the fourteen-year-old daughter of a recently deceased family...
