On the evening of September 13, 2008, Timothy and Theresa LaMarre had dinner with Michael and Kimberly Plummer at the Fort Mitchell Country Club (hereinafter "the Club"). Members of the Club, including Mr. Plummer, rented private lockers in which to store their alcohol.
