This appeal by property owners William and June Mullins ("the Mullinses") arises from one of several toxic tort cases that were filed in Johnson and Lawrence Circuit Courts as a result of Ashland Oil, Inc., and Ashland Exploration Holdings, Inc.'s ("Ashland Oil"), drilling operations in the Martha Oil Field.
