Kevin Todd McElroy has directly appealed from the final judgment and sentence of imprisonment entered by the Madison Circuit Court convicting him of first-degree robbery and sentencing him to fifteen years' imprisonment. On appeal, McElroy requests a reversal of his conviction due to alleged evidentiary errors and due to the improper imposition of court costs against him.
