Stewart Johnson, pro se, appeals the denial of his RCr 11.42 motion based upon ineffective assistance of his trial counsel claiming that counsel's errors resulted in his murder conviction. He alleges that his trial counsel was ineffective for the following reasons: 1) counsel failed to investigate evidence held by the Commonwealth related to the victim's, Jerry Dotson's, propensity towards violence...
