A Campbell Circuit Court jury found Appellant, James M. Wright, guilty of first-degree fleeing or evading police, fourth-degree assault, possession of marijuana, and being a first-degree persistent felony offender (PFO). For these crimes, Appellant received a sentence of twenty years' imprisonment and was fined $600. He now appeals as a matter of right, Ky. Const. § 110(2)(b)...
