OPINION
CLAYTON, JUDGE.
Howard Jewell appeals from an order of restitution entered in the Spencer Circuit Court. He argues that the trial court abused its discretion in ordering restitution. For the foregoing reasons, we affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand.
