Appellant Brian Allen McGuire appeals from a judgment of the Fayette Circuit Court convicting him of first-degree manslaughter (KRS 507.030) and unlawful possession of a weapon on school property (KRS 527.070), and sentencing him to a total of twenty-years imprisonment. He was tried on the charge of murder, but was convicted on the lesser included charge of first-degree manslaughter...
