Devon Litsey appeals from a summary judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court dismissing her claims against Jack Allen, M.D., his medical practice Gray & Allen, P.S.C. (collectively, "Dr. Allen") and his insurance carrier, State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (State Farm).
