Britton McPherson appeals as of right from a Judgment of the Muhlenberg Circuit Court convicting him of murder and sentencing him in accord with the jury's recommendation to life in prison. McPherson was found guilty of the June 29, 2008 slaying of Lora Milligan on a farm road outside Central City. He claims on appeal that he was denied a fair trial because he was not allowed to question Tamala Parker, his former girlfriend...
